Terms of Service for Rieltora

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of legal services, info products, and goods offered by Rieltora on the domain rieltora.trade. Effective Date: January 1, 2025.

By accessing Rieltora services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from engaging with our offerings.

2. Services

2.1 Professional Services

Rieltora offers legal support for realtors, including contract drafting, document review, compliance advice, and related consultations.

All scheduling and detail confirmations occur via our contact form or by phone at +14166266071. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the agreed time at no extra cost.

2.2 Information Products

Rieltora provides digital materials such as guides, templates, and training modules designed for real estate professionals.

Access is granted upon payment confirmation and delivery occurs immediately. Due to the nature of digital content, these products are final sale and not eligible for refunds once access is granted.

2.3 Goods

Physical items including printed manuals, forms, and promotional materials are available for purchase.

You may request an exchange or credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and shipped by the purchaser. Credits or refunds are processed to the original method within 15 business days after we receive the item.

3. Payments

Fees are listed on rieltora.trade and confirmed in writing. All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Professional Services: If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, we will process a credit toward future services or process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. No credits or refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session, as resources will have been reserved.

Information Products: Once access to digital materials is granted, no credits or refunds are issued due to immediate delivery.

Goods: Eligible items may be exchanged or credited if received in original condition within 30 days. Credits or refunds are processed to the original method within 15 business days after we receive the item.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Rieltora provides professional advice based on current regulations at the time of service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients remain responsible for final decisions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
